We are looking for an account/project manager with strong experience in leading projects, and a hands-on customer-facing approach.
​
This role will be the first of many in CheckWare's UK organization. You will therefore play an instrumental part in developing exciting customer relationships and contribute to successful deliveries.
​
You will work in an international team that ensures that we continue to be in line with the desired reputation and ensure that our products are exactly what our customers need.
​

About the role
Your main responsibilities will be

Lead and carry out many simultaneous delivery projects to our customers in line with agreed quality, time and cost

Assist in sales processes with insight into customers' needs and how the solution meets the needs

Systematic follow-up of own customer portfolio, including upselling and identifying possibilities for added value for customers

Support our existing customer base to become best in class within patient engagement and patient reported outcome measures
Desired background and qualifications

Interdisciplinary profile with a great interest in software, finance and health

Experience from leading and implementing projects, preferably with Prince2 methodology

Comprehensive understanding of Healthcare (NHS) needs, technical possibilities, and how to create value for both the customer and end-user

Be a relationship builder by nature, enthusiastic, self-motivated and opportunity-oriented

Native proficiency in English, both oral and in writing
