ABOUT THE COURSE

In this course you will get a basic understanding of the tool CheckWare Studio and how to create simple assessments that can be used.

 

You will learn basic principles in how question types are set up.

The course will always be held on the latest CheckWare software version.

TARGET GROUP

The course is intended for you who have the task of preparing assessments and questionnaires to be used in digital health services in your own workplace.

 

The course is intended for the advanced user of the customer, and is not intended for a normal clinician role.

PREREQUISITES

You should have knowledge of CheckWare at the level of completing the superuser basic course through CheckWare Academy. You should have a good IT understanding.

 

You should have a good knowledge of assessments that are already used in your workplace, both assessments that have been prepared at CheckWare, but also the assessments or tests that you have prepared yourself that you want to digitize.

IN THIS COURSE

You will learn how to prepare simple digital assessments and tests. 

Through theory, examples and practical exercises, you will learn how assessments should be designed with standards, regulations and procedures already incorporated in CheckWare.

We go through basic principles in different types of questions.

You will of course receive useful tips that you can take with you further in preparing the assessments.

COURSE TYPE

DURATION

The course is run in English and through Microsoft Teams. There will be a good deal of theory, several examples and many practical tasks.

 

It is a great advantage that you as a course participant have two screens available. Normally we have room for up to 8 participants per course. This gives room for follow-up of each individual course participant along the way.

 

It is a requirement for participation that the course participant provides their own windows-based PC (not Mac), and that Java (JRE) is installed on this PC.

 

It is also a requirement for participation that a separate license for CheckWare Studio has been purchased and used. This license is always registered on a named user.
